Youth Engagement
Unifour One educates potential voters on all aspects of voting.
A train-the-trainer model enables experienced personnel to show a less-experienced instructor how to deliver courses, workshops and seminars.
Unifour One educates potential voters on all aspects of voting. This includes:
- Holding special events to reach and educate 18-35 year old voters.
- Prepare mailings and public service announcements on the importance of voting.
- Distributing information on location of polls and hours for voting using posters, newsletters and mailing inserts.
- Providing model voting machines for mock demonstrations.
Unifour One is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization. Unifour One does not support any political parties or candidates.
Violence Interruption Program
Unifour One is partnered with the City of Greensboro’s Office of Community Safety in our Violence Interruption Program. Unifour One’s Violence Interruption Program aims to reduce and prevent violence in vulnerable communities by addressing the root causes of violence and intervening before conflict escalates. We focus on individuals and groups most likely to be involved in or affected by violence, including youth, gang members, and community residents. We hope to create “Peace on Purpose.”
